BS English Programmer was launched in 2010 in Govt. Post Graduate College (W) Sahiwal. Following the footsteps of its parent department of English B.Z.U Multan, our BS Programme offers a combination of courses in English literature and language. This BS Programme aims at enhancing the literaty, creative and aesthetic sensibilities of learners as well as to impart the latest applies and research based language skills. The English department is one of the leading departments of the institution having the largest faculty members. Alongwith rich academic background, the department nurtures co-curricular and extra Curricular Capabilities of students by Conducting seminars, workshops and research courses. The efforts of its incumbent dramatic and literary societies foster the innovative, critical and analytical thinking and creative capabilities of the learners. Our students have been high achievers in different inter and intra univeristy exams, extrance testes and they are serving efficiently in different government and private organizations
