BS Physics was being offered since 2021-22 under the faculty of science in Govt. Graduate College for Women, Sahiwal affiliated with B.Z.U Multan Pakistan. The Faculty consists of two M. Phil and one Gold Medalist. The department aims to excite students to explore the universe & the desire to engage in life long learning. The physics department offers 4 years (8 semester) BS Programs. The courses offered in Physicsdepartment at Govt. Graduate College for Women, Sahiwal is in accordance with the scheme of studies approved by the higher education commission (HEC) of Pakistan to meet the national and international standards. We aspire to produce competent physicist with critical thinking through observations & practice capable of resolving academic challenges in field of Physics. Our department promotes research in physics & emerging technologies. Also we aim to import knowledge through experiments & design innovative techniques of investigation.
