The department of Zoology sciences has been serving at Govt. Graduate college for women, sahiwal since many decades. From this department a number of students became successful doctors, teachers and other professionals. Now the BS Zoology 4-year programme is going to be launched in 2022. The faculty of Zoology department includes highly qualified, dedicated experienced teachers. Teaching laboratories in the department are well equipped with scientific equipment’s. An adequate collection of text books, reference books and research journals is 27 available in the Library of institute, covering various disciplines of zoology (genetics, microbiology, fisheries, wildlife etc) zoology department also has a spacious, modern zoology museum. Our aim is to make students successfully, learned professionals in different fields. Students after the completion of their studies from this department will have an awareness of animal diversity and strategies to be beneficial in different fields.
